If your bicycle has large handlebars, then be forewarned.this product does not fit on handlebars over 1" diameter. Also, it does not work for the Garmin Dakota. If you have a Dakota, buy the one from the Garmin website.
We were skeptical like other buyers, but this mounting bracket really does stay on the window and has yet to come off accidently. It will even remain stuck to the window in below zero weather. Very impressive and sturdy.
all ok with this purchase, it was the needed part, well packaged and arrived in time. I would recommend this, it feels perfectly nice and is good quality + comes with all necessary sub parts.
This is a great case. It protects the GPS well and is very durable. I used it while I was hunting last year and it protected the casing and the screen great.
The first time I used two heavy rubberbands and had no problem with it on my mountain bike.the 2nd trip I transferred it to my road bike, after purchasing the larger handle bar mount, forgot the rubberbands, and it popped out while riding down the road and a nice unobservant driver ran over it and cracked the screen. Don't forget the rubber band. After purchasing, I took it out twice. Not happy about the $15 dollar accessory I bought for my 60csx that cost me the whole unit. Bottom line, don't forget the rubberband, it's embarrassing that Garmin requires such a stupid detail for something it sells.Get it right Garmin, this product sucks as is.
